Let's audit
Let's review what's working - and what isn't
Doing the work is a reader-supported newsletter for anyone who is serious about doing the work of anti-racism. It's a space for learning, accountability, and honest and open reflections on anti-racism, anti-oppression and what it means for brands and communications.
It’s brought to you by Collette Philip, a multi-award-winning founder, writer, coach and facilitator.
So far, in our summer of strategy, we’ve captured your why (the reason why you do this work) and set out your vision and ambition for your anti-racism and anti-oppression work.
This week of our strategy mastermind is all about doing an AUDIT. We’re going to look at what’s worked well, what we want to build on and and what we want to do differently going into our new strategy.
The purpose of the audit is to give us a clear benchmark to work from and help us understand our progress. I do love an audit!
In my business, Brand by Me, whenever we do anti-racism, anti-oppression or brand strategy work with a client, we always start with an audit so we know where we’re starting from and have an informed basis for decision-making.
